How to Cancel an Order on AmiAmi
Step-by-Step Guide
Are you looking to cancel an order you placed on AmiAmi? Whether you've changed your mind, found a better deal, or simply need to adjust your order, this step-by-step guide will help you cancel your order quickly and easily.
Step 1: Navigate to My Account Page
Log in to your AmiAmi account and click on the "My Account" link located at the top of the homepage. This will take you to your account page, where you can view your orders, change your personal information, and more.
Step 2: locate your order
On your My Account page, scroll down to the "Orders" section. Here, you will see a list of all your current orders. Find the order you wish to cancel and click on the "View Details" button.
Step 3: Submit Cancellation Request
on the order details page, scroll down to the "Cancellation Request" section. Click the "Request Cancellation" button and follow the instructions on the screen. You will be asked to provide a reason for cancellation. Select the most appropriate reason from the dropdown menu or enter your own reason in the provided field.
Step 4: Confirm cancellation
Once you have submitted your cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation email from AmiAmi within 24 hours. The email will confirm that your cancellation request has been received and is being processed. Please note that it may take up to 30days for your cancellation to be fully processed and refunded.

- You can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped.
