## 'Five Days In Delaware' Starts Sunday ### When and where Delaware Theatre Company's (DTC) production of "Five Days in Delaware" by Delaware playwright J.R. Roenicke takes place at various locations around Wilmington from Sunday, September 24 to October 1, 2023. The happenings for Sunday start at 5:00 pm, while the rest of the week begins at 7:00 pm. This immersive theatrical experience, which was developed and produced by DTC, premiered in 2021 and was named "Best of the Year" by Delaware Today. ### Ticket and tour information Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased through the DTC website or by calling the box office at (302) 594-1100. Ticket prices start at $25. The show runs approximately two hours and 15 minutes with no intermission. Be aware that the audience will be walking between four locations. Wear comfortable shoes and dress in layers as the weather may change. Five Days in Delaware is presented by Bank of America. Additional support is provided by the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts. ### About the play "Five Days in Delaware" tells the true story of a group of Delawareans who met in an abandoned church in Wilmington in 1864 to debate the future of the state. As the debate rages on, Delaware emerges as a symbol of hope for a divided nation.
